Creative junkie, North Carolina native and novice sneaker freak. I was brought up in Winston-Salem, home of Krispy Kreme and Texas Pete Hot Sauce. It also happens to be a great city for the arts. Growing up, I interacted with local artists, participated in exhibits and even worked on public art projects during the summer. This fueled my passion for all things visual. Like a lot of kids (and kids at heart), I loved LEGO. That played a big role in my decision to pursue Industrial Design. Through various opportunities, I have started to shape a career in the arena of sports design. From drawing the sneakers in Eastbay magazine as a kid to seeing my work on ESPN has been a dream come true and blessed each day I get to create. Outside of design, my passions are education and mentorship. I wouldn’t be here without those things so it is important to sow some of that back into others.
